Well into my thirties I was a master at self abandonment and I've since spent the last decade really leaning in to allowing myself to be who I am. And ya, this growth stuff is lots of work but it is soooo worth it! The more I give myself permission to listen my inner knowing, the better I show up in all of my relationships - starting with the one I have with myself; which, allows me to have more connected relationships with my partner, my children, my family and my work family too.

 

My guiding core values are authenticity, connection, growth, contribution and a wee bit of flair! I embody curiosity and empathy and I bring a solution-focused lens with the belief we have a fair bit of power in creating the life we want for ourselves, while holding space for some of life's hardest experiences.

 

As a lifelong learner and someone who has a keen interest in my own personal, professional and relational development, I also experience joy and excitement supporting others in the same process. I've worked in both the not for profit and private sectors for the last 20 plus years, I have a decade of experience in team leadership and I have been a part of really meaningful work. The most rewarding theme, seeing people deepen their self connection, feel more alive and build meaningful relationships. And so, coaching became my path completing a Coach Diploma in 2021 and earning my credentials with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). As I worked with people in this space, I found myself curious about how I could support clients even more in the complexity of our human experience. Hence, I'll be graduating from a Masters in Integrative Psychology in the spring of 2027 and I am absolutely loving what I am learning in this program!
